This all started as “Challengeâ€by one of our Forum members Brian Devlin (Bridev) who wondered what could be done with a little tune what he had wrote. He had recorded a single track of the tune with his Strat (nice sound by the way, Bri) and had sent it to me.
Well – you know me. I'm a Hankie and I can't resist a Challenge. Without any preconceptions of how HE saw it, I worked it up into what you can hear now.
Cracking little tune and although it may just be a tad
faster (lol) than he had in mind – here is my version of Brian's tune, which I have named “Heading Back Home†as it reminds me of a fast train running and perhaps taking me back for Christmas to loved ones and friends.
For those who are interested, the BT was entirely made in BIAB and then exported into my trusty old Cakewalk GT Pro2 recording software, where I added the guitars and harmonies.
Simples !!!.
