An appology

Postby Detailed Infinity » 20 Apr 2011, 17:58

It seems that due to circumstances unbeknown to me at the time I made unfortunate comments on Pete Korving's tribute posting to Jet Harris which weren't correct. Those circumstances have now been corrected and I now realise that the file is indeed reflective of Pete's prowess. I'm man enough to realise the mistake was mine and I appologise to Pete for any distress I have caused.

Well done Brian, it's tough for anyone to admit they've done something wrong but good for you in facing the situation.

Many a person has written something on a web site and pressed the send button before they were sure they should send it and then it's too late.

I felt terrible Barry (can't even spell apology right)

Mailed Pete.

I’m absolutely appalled by my message last Sunday Pete. I was made aware of my monitoring problem yesterday by a person I work with in the States. As son as I rectified I went straight to the sound file page and offered my apologise to you. I do hope that hasn’t soured our relationship built up over a number of years Pete.

The person responsible could have cost me quite a lot of money and bad publicity commercial wise. As a result that person no longer handles any of my work.

Kind regards

Bri

Apologies accepted my friend!

It takes a little more than this to sour our friendship. :D

(I knew you were going to find out your monitoring problem yourselves.)

Cheers
