I can't spot the other Shads connection, but I can remember Bert Weedon playing this number on, I think it was Ollie and Freds Five O'Clock Club.

Gibson B-45 in cherry sunburst, as used on Chelsea Boot, My Grandfather's Clock, The Girl From Ipanema,the "Italian" version of Genie With The Light Brown Lamp, etc.
