The original publisher (as named on the Columbia 45) was Harms-Witmark. They were the house-publishers for the Associated-British Picture Company (related to ABC cinemas and ABC Television).
EMI eventually bought ABPC (hence their name on some reissue sheet music), but divested themselves of movie interests some time ago. ABC back-catalogue is now owned by the French
Canal + company, but the Harms-Witmark back catalogue may have passed into the hands of Warner-Chappell. It could have been worse.
