AMORADA live with my Epiphone Sheraton II

Postby abel » 10 Aug 2013, 08:37

Hi all,

Last night I recorded AMORADA with my Sheraton II.
As usual it's live and what you hear is the P.A. playing the BT and my Fender Hot Rod Devil 4 x 10 amp both behind me,
hence the bad sound and clipping.
Please dismiss the misses as I still don't have feeling on my right thumb and index so I put Gorilla nut to hold the pick.

Hope you like it anyway

Blessings,
Abel

That's a great performance, Abel.

You have transported me back to the summer of '69, the Salisbury pub in Liverpool, where the late Bob Hobbs used to play the same piece at much the same tempo:

Hi Jim,

I checked on Youtube and couldn't find anything on Bob Hobbs.
I only found a British Bass player of the same name with the Steve Stephenson orchestra.
I like to see him play, he must be a uncommon player.

By the way, I am sure you are aware that the Dick Dickerson Guitar Geek Festival you attended last January was
the last one in the series. Sad.

Blessings,
Abel
