The Good, The Bad & The Ugly Zoom G3X

Postby dave robinson » 22 Mar 2015, 13:33

Here's a recording of The Good, The Bad & The Ugly that Past Masters recorded a long time ago, but I made a BT from it for myself and re-recorded the lead guitar using my Zoom G3X pedal. I used the USA DeLuxe Strat through the Vox AC-4.

Great sound Dave. Does the vox ac4 have a headphone socket. It has a great tone but I drive my wife mad with Shads music. She says " do you not know anything else"
I don't need to know anything else if iv'e got me headphones on!!!!!

Sorry Derek, no headphone socket on the AC-4, but my little Vox VT-30 has one and it's the same sound if you set it up that way. The new VT-20 is the latest version of that particular amp and they are not expensive, I tried one and they are very authentic sounding. Thank you for your kind comment. :)

Hi Dave,

I enjoyed this very much, great sound and playing. It re-captured the magic of the movies, took me back when I saw it at the cinema!
Very nice backing too.

Just to be clear, as people keep mentioning the backing, it's my band playing and was recorded here live in my studio. I just removed my part to make my own BT. :)
