I think we all know that Gary played bass in the 1960`s group The Herd a long side Peter Frampton who I saw at Newcastle City Hall in 1968 alongside The Kinks and Tremoloes good value for money then. Peter Frampton left The Herd to Join Humble Pie so it would be interesting to know where Gary did after The Herd

Same Gary for Hank Wangford band...not sure on Tex Maniax.
Gary now plays with the Hank Marvin Gypsy Jazz group!

I do remember seeing Gary playing in Melanie Harrold's band a couple of times at the beginning of 1985. Then I believe either Andy Roberts or Melanie Harrold had a call from someone who wanted the Hank Wangford Band to do some gigs in Majorca (or somewhere Spanish). Of course Hank was touring with different musicians by that time.

So the original Hank Wangford band without Hank reformed and resurfaced in January 1986 at the Dublin Castle in London for a reunion gig as Irma and the Squirmers which can be found here http://tela.sugarmegs.org/_asxtela/Irma ... Castle.asx
