Hi Guys

This sound file pays homeage to both Mike Oldfield and and Hank in the solos.
It was done with 4 hands, two sets of strings and one guitar. (rofl)
You can find it on the jukebox at http://tvsspecialtyproducts.com/juke-box.html
and scroll down to the M's

Cheers

Hi Gary,

It works on my Android phone if I open it in a window, but not if I open it in a tab. We will have to see what is going on.

Regards,

Paul.

Hi Gary,

The Juke Box now works properly on Android devices in either window or tab mode. If it doesn't work on your device then maybe it could be the settings on that device?

Hope you manage to get it playing,

Regards,

Paul.

Hi Gary

I have recently emailed the Jukebox people to find out if theres a way around it.

It works ok on some Androids but not on others which makes me think it could be to do with the phone settings??

Hi Spike/Paul, After 3 or 4 attempts I got the jukebox to open in another tab but..."moonlight shadow" isn't on it, I'm baffled, regards Gary

Moonlight Shadow is great. Not unlike the version by the Local Heroes, which is also very good.

Listening to it prompted me to explore the Jukebox and I came across What A Lovely Tune!.
First, I love Paul's Oz version. Great fun. if you haven't heard it, do!
Second, a challenge to Gary. I would love to hear a straight-through performance of the 'enchanting melody', with no sound effects and no fade-ins and fade-outs. I've tried but can't create one using the Shadows record of it. Is that something he'd like to try? :D

All the best! Iain

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your kind comments, I actually wanted Spiro to take the Oz version off the jukebox as I find it a bit embarrassing to listen to. He refused!!

We effectively already have a pure instrumental version, I just need to re-mix it all with the voice and effects tracks muted and take off the volume and Pan autos from the lead track. I'll do it tomorrow and either send it to you or post it on the site.

Regards,

Paul.

Don't be embarrassed, Paul, the Poms will love it!

And thanks very much for offering a remix. I kinda thought it might exist already!

Cheers - Iain
