I don't know about "Windy and warm" the last few days I've been "Monkey froze and walking the dogs".

I've just been listening to Tommy Emmanuel's version of this tune. It's nothing like the way I play it.
He must use different strings or something.

It's intresting to see different labels on the same record, depending upon when it was issued.
There were a number of blue shades of Dolton label beginning with a blue that is the lightest one on these boards here ending with a blue so dark you could barely see the black text lettering.

After Dolton was acquired by Liberty, then there were the black labels.

When Liberty was acquired by United Artists, the Ventures were "toast" stateside and relegated them to Japan forever.
