Hi Rob,
Do you find that having the routing of the body of the Tele for the bender affects its tone in any way?

I have a few bender guitars but the one i'm using here has a parsons white mechanism fitted and i didn't really notice much difference between the before and after sound, this guitar has had 3 necks fitted in its 15 year life span and i do notice more of a difference in feel/sound when a different neck is fitted.
Hope this helps.
