Shads - club - events late June or early July?

Hi, all.

Noted Singaporean guitarist Henry Chua (of the famous group The Quests) will be in London between the 28th June and 6th July. I think he'll be staying in the W2 (Bayswater) area.

He has asked me whether there are Shadows club events within striking distance on dates 29th June to 5th July inclusive - please?

A reasonable radius would be about 30 - 40 miles from Central London, I would guess, meaning that Watford, Surrey, Dartford, Kent (Strood), and Berkshire would be within a relatively non-difficult distance.

Probably too far away from London, but the one I know about is the Scarborough Gala weekend July 2-3. The reason I know about it is because well known composer Lennart "Lenny" Clerwall and myself are invited there to play some Lenny Clerwall music on both days together with local musicians from the Shadows club. I think there are at least five live bands including The Fentone Four, Legend and Ian McCutcheon Band. I am sure someone else has more details about this.
